Cet \u00e9l\u00e8ve avait pass\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 peaufiner des techniques \u00ab\u00a0tape-\u00e0-l\u2019\u0153il\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e7a nourrissait son ego. Or pendant tout ce temps, il avait oubli\u00e9 de travailler l\u2019essentiel\u00a0: l\u2019enracinement et la posture, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire, les fondations\u00a0!\u00a0Il avait construit une cath\u00e9drale sur des sables mouvants\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019orgueil nous enferme dans une <strong>pauvret\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>, c\u2019est le degr\u00e9 z\u00e9ro de la richesse profonde.<\/p>\n<p>Les magazines d\u00e9gueulent de recommandations pour para\u00eetre affirm\u00e9, ambitieux, expert, etc. On nous d\u00e9verse de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019image de soi\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 en vomir. Les personnages publics \u00ab\u00a0travaillent\u00a0\u00bb leur image, la vie des \u00ab\u00a0people\u00a0\u00bb nous est \u00e9tal\u00e9e comme un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p>Et en entreprise alors\u00a0? Eh bien il y a ceux qui travaillent pour servir les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019entreprise et il y a ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 briller. Ces derniers savent faire de belles interventions en r\u00e9union, ils pr\u00e9sentent bien, ils parlent bien. Ils se consid\u00e8rent comme des experts qui savent tout sur rien, rien sur tout et surtout rien\u00a0! C\u2019est donc \u00e0 grands coups de suffisance et de m\u00e9pris qu\u2019ils parviennent \u00e0 prendre le pouvoir dans bon nombre d\u2019entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Et l\u2019humilit\u00e9 dans tout \u00e7a ? \u00ab\u00a0Ben c\u2019est pas vendeur\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb. Alors appr\u00e9cions ce que nous sommes et ce que nous avons.<\/p>\n<p>Attention, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une d\u00e9marche \u00e9gocentrique mais c\u2019est puiser dans nos richesses int\u00e9rieures pour <strong>s\u2019ouvrir au monde et aux autres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir lu plusieurs ouvrages sur le sujet, je me suis demand\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0P<em>ar quoi je commence et comment je m\u2019y prends\u00a0?\u00a0C\u2019est complexe vu que l\u2019humble ignore son humilit\u00e9\u00a0!\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb. Grand moment de solitude\u2026 Alors j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de respecter mes valeurs. Aussi, quand je me lance dans une nouvelle entreprise, je commence par identifier tout ce que je ne veux pas (je vous le conc\u00e8de ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s positif \u00e0 priori comme d\u00e9marche mais \u00e7a m&rsquo;aide \u00e0 me recentrer sur ce qui m&rsquo;est essentiel) et une fois que j\u2019ai bien cern\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je ne voulais pas aller, je peux enfin choisir ma direction.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, lorsque j\u2019ai d\u00e9marr\u00e9 mon activit\u00e9 de lifting Teliene, j\u2019ai rapidement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que je ne voulais pas encourager ceux qui souhaitent embellir la fa\u00e7ade, gommer les complexes, rajeunir, etc (voir l\u2019article\u00a0: <a title=\"La photo avant\/apr\u00e8s\" href=\"https:\/\/patricialaager.fr\/index.php\/2013\/04\/26\/la-photo-avantapres\/\">la photo avant\/apr\u00e8s<\/a>). Mais lorsque les r\u00f4les sont invers\u00e9s et que cette personne c\u2019est nous, nous \u00e9prouvons un m\u00e9lange de r\u00e9volte et de souffrance, car nous sommes seuls d\u00e9tenteurs des raisons profondes voire secr\u00e8tes de nos actes. L\u2019humble lui n\u2019est en rien troubl\u00e9 par le jugement des autres \u00e0 son \u00e9gard. Au contraire, si nous adoptons une attitude faite d\u2019humilit\u00e9, ces \u00ab\u00a0attaques\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019auront pas de prise sur nous, et au lieu de nous heurter voire nous briser, elles vont glisser. Cet \u00e9tat est vecteur d\u2019<strong>insouciance<\/strong>.
