C\u2019est lui le responsable de nos comportements d\u2019orgueil, de honte, de jalousie, de col\u00e8re, de frustration, c\u2019est lui qui nous incite \u00e0 plus de contr\u00f4le, de ma\u00eetrise, de pouvoir, d\u2019avoir, de calcul c\u2019est lui qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de notre sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, de nos tensions, de nos peurs. Elle est la source de nos actes de courage. C\u2019est elle qui nous rend apte \u00e0 aimer et rire. C\u2019est donc la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 qui nous fait oser, qui nous fait <strong>nous sentir diff\u00e9rent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Et la faiblesse alors\u00a0? Eh bien c\u2019est toute cette \u00e9nergie que l\u2019on gaspille \u00e0 cacher sa vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9\u00a0! Du coup, nous devenons tr\u00e8s critique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de ceux qui ne cachent pas leurs \u00e9motions ou sentiments, ils nous d\u00e9rangent parce qu\u2019ils ne sont pas dans le moule, qu\u2019ils osent \u00eatre. N\u2019oublions pas que ce que nous r\u00e9prouvons le plus chez les autres c\u2019est ce que nous refoulons le plus vigoureusement chez nous\u00a0! Pourtant c\u2019est confondre l\u2019ennui avec l\u2019inoccupation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ennui, c\u2019est le manque d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour quelque chose, c\u2019est une impression de vide, de monotonie, de routine pesante.<br \/>\nL\u2019inoccupation c\u2019est ne rien avoir \u00e0 faire, ne pas avoir d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On peut donc tout \u00e0 fait s\u2019ennuyer ferme en \u00e9tant hyperactif ou overbook\u00e9\u00a0! Etre ultra-occup\u00e9 ne comblera jamais un vide. C\u2019est laisser s\u2019exprimer la personne que nous sommes au plus profond de nous.<\/p>\n<p>Vous prenez 100 personnes \u00e0 qui un jury donne une instruction, comme par exemple de nous parler d\u2019elles. Si elles sont gouvern\u00e9es par l\u2019ego, elles vont tout d\u2019abord se sentir en ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, elles auront peur, elles vont donc chercher \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la situation au travers de r\u00e9actions conditionn\u00e9es et pour cela elles vont raconter ce qu\u2019elles ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9, donc <strong>ce qu\u2019elles ont fait<\/strong>. Au final, m\u00eame si les parcours sont diff\u00e9rents, nous aurons 100 r\u00e9cits identiques ou tr\u00e8s proches. Par contre si elles sont vraies, qu\u2019elles ne se cachent pas derri\u00e8re leur ego, elles n\u2019auront pas peur du jugement, nous aurons ainsi 100 rendus diff\u00e9rents car intimes et authentiques, elles nous auront simplement expliqu\u00e9 <strong>ce qu\u2019elles sont<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etre diff\u00e9rent, r\u00e9side donc dans notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0faire\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Dans ce cas, dites-vous que <strong>\u00ab\u00a0toujours\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019est jamais vrai\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous adoptons des comportements de peur, d\u2019obstination, de col\u00e8re, de m\u00e9fiance croyant nous prot\u00e9ger alors qu\u2019ils nous emprisonnent.<\/p>\n<p>Nous mettons en place des m\u00e9canismes de <strong>contr\u00f4le<\/strong> qui nous donnent l\u2019illusion de ma\u00eetriser notre vie. Pourtant, le contr\u00f4le alimente la peur alors que son but est d\u2019en rejeter l\u2019existence.<\/p>\n<p>Un changement s\u2019impose \u00e0 vous ? Ne r\u00e9sistez pas, \u00e7a ne sert \u00e0 rien, c\u2019est repousser l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance. <strong>Acceptez ce qui doit advenir<\/strong>. Si vous pensez\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<i>je ne peux pas\u00a0<\/i>!\u00a0\u00bb, cela signifie \u00ab\u00a0<i>j\u2019ai peur des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9motionnelles si je le fais\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb. L\u2019ego, par une attitude de contr\u00f4le, trace une ligne imaginaire \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer. Ceci porte un nom\u00a0: <strong>r\u00e9sistance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, si face \u00e0 ce changement vous vous dites qu\u2019il existe <strong>un chemin<\/strong> que vous ne connaissez pas encore mais qui ne demande qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 vous, \u00e7a modifie grandement votre perception des choses, c\u2019est aller vers l\u2019esp\u00e9rance, vers votre essentiel, c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Remplacez le contr\u00f4le par l\u2019autorisation. <strong>Autorisez-vous<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00e9couter votre corps qui vous envoie des messages de tensions, de fatigue, de mal-\u00eatre, de contraction\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, ne misez pas sur l\u2019apparence physique, elle ne vous apportera que de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. <strong>Etonnez-vous\u00a0! R\u00e9jouissez-vous\u00a0! Aimez ! Soyez\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #867e76;\"><i>Lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais enfant, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 envie de casser le moule mais le syst\u00e8me scolaire s\u2019est \u00e9vertu\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u2019y faire rentrer, alors, je m\u2019ennuyais. Mon \u00e9chappatoire\u00a0? Les r\u00eaves. Je r\u00eavais \u00e9veill\u00e9e au grand d\u00e9sespoir de mes enseignants\u2026\u00a0 C\u2019\u00e9tait ma fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9server ma libert\u00e9.
