A cela je r\u00e9ponds par une autre question\u00a0: \u00ab Est-ce que se laisser aller c\u2019est accepter de vieillir sereinement\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ch\u00e9rir votre corps vous aide \u00e0 le respecter et \u00e0 l\u2019aimer\u00a0; aimer votre corps vous motive \u00e0 le ch\u00e9rir encore davantage.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choisissez des activit\u00e9s, <strong>des soins qui respectent votre int\u00e9grit\u00e9 corporelle et\u00a0\u00e9motionnelle\u00a0et qui vous font envie<\/strong>, c\u2019est indispensable pour les pratiquer avec r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et en tirer le meilleur. C\u2019est dans cette optique que viennent ceux qui me font confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a plus qu\u2019\u00e0\u2026 Facile\u00a0? Non <strong>c\u2019est un chemin difficile<\/strong> mais qui en vaut la peine. Mais c\u2019est parce qu\u2019il est difficile qu\u2019<strong>il vous m\u00e8nera vers un bien-\u00eatre et une beaut\u00e9
