Ce bouleversement s\u2019est fait \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de moi <strong>de fa\u00e7on tonitruante<\/strong>. Face aux \u00e9v\u00e8nements 2 postures possibles\u00a0: le refus ou l\u2019acceptation. J\u2019ai choisi la deuxi\u00e8me. Mais j\u2019ai eu l\u2019arrogance de penser que je devenais sage. En gros je me voyais d\u00e9j\u00e0 au sommet de la montagne !<\/p>\n<p>Refuser ce qui advient finalement ce n\u2019est pas bien compliqu\u00e9. On se met en col\u00e8re, on s\u2019insurge, on se victimise. Bref, on rend l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur responsable de notre malheur. C\u2019est simple.<br \/>\nAccepter, c\u2019est rentrer dans le flow de ce qui arrive, c\u2019est <strong>glisser sur la vague sans savoir \u00e0 quel moment elle va se casser et accompagner ce mouvement<\/strong>. Et l\u00e0 on se retrouve face \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame. On agit en responsabilit\u00e9. On s\u2019expose ainsi \u00e0 bien d\u2019autres souffrances et frustrations. C\u2019est un cercle vicieux. \u00c7a fait des gens qui au final vous disent\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>le sort s\u2019acharne contre moi\u00a0! Quand est-ce que je verrai l\u2019\u00e9claircie\u00a0?\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<br \/>\nDu coup, <strong>cette r\u00e9sistance va permettre \u00e0 l\u2019histoire de se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter<\/strong>. Alors oui, \u00ab\u00a0le sort s\u2019acharne \u00bb et l\u2019\u00e9claircie, eh bien ce n\u2019est pas pour tout de suite\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Voici une histoire v\u00e9cue par une jeune consultante. Elle accumule les conqu\u00eates calamiteuses. Elle oscille entre col\u00e8re et abattement. A chaque nouvelle rencontre elle part avec un mental de guerri\u00e8re en se disant que cette fois elle ne se laissera pas abuser, non mais\u00a0! Et pourtant, au final elle tombe une fois de plus sur \u00ab\u00a0<em>un tocard\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb. Et alors\u00a0? Eh bien elle attend toujours que \u00ab\u00a0<em>le ciel lui envoie le bon<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nSi tout est de la faute de ces \u00ab\u00a0<em>mauvaises<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb rencontres, de la vie qui s\u2019acharne ou du ciel qui ne fait pas son boulot alors \u00a0ce n\u2019est pas pr\u00e8s de changer. En revanche, si elle fait un \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat sur image\u00a0\u00bb et se pose ces deux questions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qu\u2019est-ce qui dans mon attitude, ma posture, attire ce type de relations\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u2019est-ce que je peux changer\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eh bien \u00e7a ne veut pas dire qu\u2019elle tombera sur la perle au prochain coup, mais elle se donne au moins une chance de la rencontrer. Et si ce n\u2019est toujours pas \u00ab<em>\u00a0le bon<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est que les changements op\u00e9r\u00e9s ne sont pas encore suffisants. Face aux \u00e9preuves, je me suis dit que si elles m\u2019arrivent c\u2019est que je suis capable de les surmonter. Hors de question de gaspiller mon \u00e9nergie \u00e0 r\u00e9sister, j\u2019accepte. Et l\u00e0 le champ des possibles s\u2019ouvre en grand, en illimit\u00e9. C\u2019en est vertigineux. \u00c7a fait m\u00eame peur. Et l\u00e0, si le mental s\u2019en m\u00eale, la machine \u00e0 peurs s\u2019emballe sec\u00a0! \u00ab <em>Allez Patricia, coupe ce mental\u00a0!\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Que produit notre mental\u00a0d\u2019ailleurs ? Des pens\u00e9es. Autrement dit, des illusions car toute pens\u00e9e n\u2019est que le fruit de nos constructions mentales et n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <strong>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong> ne r\u00e9side pas dans l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation du pass\u00e9 ni dans les projections d\u2019un hypoth\u00e9tique futur, mais dans <strong>ce qui se joue \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nos pens\u00e9es sont donc l\u2019engrais de nos peurs.<\/strong> Ne pas les \u00e9couter, mettre un terme \u00e0 leur bavardage demande du <strong>courage<\/strong>, beaucoup de courage. \u00c7a tombe bien, c\u2019est une ressource dont nous disposons tous. A nous de d\u00e9cider de la mettre en \u0153uvre. Et pourtant il m\u2019arrive, dans ma pratique des arts martiaux, de le faire taire pour que <strong>mon corps et mon esprit puissent s\u2019exprimer de concert<\/strong>. Et c\u2019est F.A.B.U.L.E.U.X. !<br \/>\nCet \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9veil est ce que l\u2019on appelle au Japon ou en Chine \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Satori<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Selon les principes tao\u00efstes, Satori exprime <strong>la puret\u00e9 de l\u2019instant<\/strong>, de la r\u00e9alisation dans le moment pr\u00e9sent.<br \/>\nLorsque l\u2019on a exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 cet \u00e9tat, m\u00eame furtivement, on a go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que pouvait \u00eatre la pl\u00e9nitude et on comprend l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de le reproduire dans sa vie de tous les jours. Pour \u00e7a, il faut l\u00e2cher le mental et arr\u00eater de discuter avec nos pens\u00e9es. A chaque fois que je sens que j\u2019entre dans un bavardage int\u00e9rieur, je fais un arr\u00eat sur image qui me permet de r\u00e9aliser ce qui se joue. Je les ai pourtant accueillis, accept\u00e9s et \u00e7a m\u2019a donn\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de les vivre dans la joie. Le mental, l\u2019ayant mis en sourdine, j\u2019ai pu agir et \u00eatre. Je me suis tr\u00e8s peu pr\u00e9occup\u00e9e du regard ext\u00e9rieur et je sais que j\u2019arriverai un jour \u00e0 ne plus m\u2019en pr\u00e9occuper du tout. J\u2019ai ainsi os\u00e9 \u00eatre moi pour traverser les \u00e9preuves. <strong>J\u2019ai pu agir de fa\u00e7on spontan\u00e9e et avec amour.<\/strong> Ce fut source de joie. Donc pas un nouveau d\u00e9part mais <strong>une \u00e9nergie nouvelle<\/strong>, <strong>salvatrice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre align\u00e9e avec cette r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence, j\u2019ai eu une envie tr\u00e8s forte d\u2019\u00eatre encore plus connect\u00e9e \u00e0 vous. <strong>C\u2019est la somme de nos belles vibrations interconnect\u00e9es qui fait la beaut\u00e9 de nos vies<\/strong>. C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 un nouveau site internet o\u00f9 <strong>j\u2019assume qui je suis<\/strong>\u00a0: Patricia Laager.
