Celle de la Nature<\/strong>. Et les hommes ? Ils ne sont qu\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de cette Nature. Ma\u00eetre Funakoshi invitait les pratiquants de karat\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9faire de la vision binaire : victoire VS d\u00e9faite.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De ceux qui raisonnaient en ces termes il disait : <em>\u00ab Ils jouent dans les branches et le feuillage d&rsquo;un arbre sans avoir la moindre id\u00e9e de ce que rec\u00e8le le tronc. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Alors si un combat martial ne se d\u00e9finit pas en termes de victoire et d\u00e9faite, qu\u2019est-ce donc ? Comme le TAO, la r\u00e9ponse est simple (et pas simpliste !) : c\u2019est <strong>UN POLISSAGE DU COEUR<\/strong>. Parfaire cet apprentissage requiert des valeurs spirituelles, une finesse mentale et une pr\u00e9sence consciente au monde.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une entreprise<\/strong>, au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019homme, <strong>fait partie de cette Nature qu\u2019est le TAO<\/strong>. On d\u00e9finit des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s (CA, marge, parts de march\u00e9, \u2026) et ensuite, on se structure de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les atteindre. On a vu fleurir ainsi des mod\u00e8les tr\u00e8s <strong>hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 grand renfort d\u2019indicateurs et de proc\u00e9dures. Aujourd\u2019hui on se rend compte que \u00e7a ne marche pas. Pourquoi ? Parce que <strong>l\u2019homme est sorti de sa contribution au processus vital<\/strong> de la Nature pour le contr\u00f4ler. Il s\u2019est tromp\u00e9 de r\u00f4le. Il a eu la vanit\u00e9 de vouloir contr\u00f4ler les lois naturelles.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ouais mais \u00e7a fait plus de 50 ans que les entreprises fonctionnent ainsi !\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>. En effet, c\u2019est le mod\u00e8le dominant impos\u00e9, rigide, auquel les employ\u00e9s comme les managers se sont soumis car il donnait une<strong> impression de stabilit\u00e9<\/strong>. <strong>Aujourd\u2019hui<\/strong>, il est vain de r\u00e9sister au temps car <strong>tout bouge tr\u00e8s vite<\/strong>, tout change en permanence. Alors <strong>une organisation fig\u00e9e dans ce grand mouvement continu<\/strong> non seulement n\u2019a plus sa place mais de surcro\u00eet\u00a0<strong>se met en danger<\/strong>. Oui, la qu\u00eate de stabilit\u00e9 est plus risqu\u00e9e que la prise de risque !<\/p>\n<p>Dans la <strong>tradition orientale<\/strong>, le chemin est tout autre. On ne cherche pas la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et le r\u00e9sultat. <strong>On s\u2019accommode du pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, du temps qui passe et <strong>on se transforme en permanence<\/strong> au gr\u00e8s de ce qui advient. C\u2019est une d\u00e9marche qui vise la fluidit\u00e9, <strong>la connexion au flow<\/strong>. Le TAO. On ne cherche pas \u00e0 remonter le courant, on suit le flux et <strong>on s\u2019appuie sur la force de ce courant<\/strong>. Comme dans un combat d\u2019arts martiaux, celui qui d\u00e9cide de vaincre son adversaire a perdu avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir entam\u00e9 la lutte. Celui qui utilise la force de l\u2019autre la transforme et poursuit sa progression.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le papier ne refuse pas l\u2019encre, donc on y va gaiement sur les objectifs : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Allez, cette ann\u00e9e soyons ambitieux, d\u00e9passons les 10 millions d\u2019euros de CA ! Go, go, go !\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Comment peut-on imaginer <strong>avancer efficacement dans un monde<\/strong> aujourd\u2019hui plus qu\u2019<strong>ind\u00e9chiffrable<\/strong> et <strong>imp\u00e9tueux<\/strong> en reposant sa <strong>strat\u00e9gie sur un fantasme<\/strong>, un r\u00eave, une utopie ? Eh oui, les objectifs financiers sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de ce que l\u2019on sait du pass\u00e9 et de ce que l\u2019on pr\u00e9suppose (ou que l\u2019on esp\u00e8re) de l\u2019avenir. La transformation passe par la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0<strong>savoir surfer la vague<\/strong>. Ce qui fait <strong>la force d\u2019une entreprise<\/strong>, c\u2019est <strong>sa dynamique<\/strong>, pas son organigramme. <strong>Moins on va chercher \u00e0 parer \u00e0 toute \u00e9ventualit\u00e9<\/strong> en organisant, planifiant, structurant et <strong>plus on \u00e9largit le champ des solutions possibles<\/strong>. Or, <strong>\u00e0 situation exceptionnelle, solution exceptionnelle<\/strong>. Mais <strong>comment voulez-vous r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019inattendu en agissant de mani\u00e8re attendue ?<\/strong> Ce ne sont pas les formatages qui vont cr\u00e9er la magie dont a besoin une entreprise. Ce sont <strong>les figures libres<\/strong> ! Pour cela, il faut <strong>s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux talents de chaque collaborateur y compris en dehors de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. Comme ce comptable, passionn\u00e9 de sculpture en m\u00e9tal soud\u00e9, qui est intervenu en production pour r\u00e9parer un gros d\u00e9g\u00e2t qui aurait n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du d\u00e9lais et de l\u2019argent pour \u00eatre remis en conformit\u00e9.
